Today was a good session. Squats felt pretty good. Next week I'm hoping to get 315-335 x 5. Felt comfortable pulling conventional. I felt the band tension hit all at once right above my knees. I'll probably do GM's, RDL's or something like that next week. I'll be keeping the weight on the reverse hypers the same. End of the first week on the new cycle. I feel I'm hitting a lot of things I'm not good at, so I'm curious to see how this affects my strength.
