Was a pretty good session. I had a little more in me on the last set of squats, but hit the numbers that I wanted to hit so I shut it down. During the last 3 sets of rack pulls I felt like my spine was going to explode. Did some abs and ghetto reverse hypers and called it a day. Next week for a 1 rm and we'll see how things are progressing.
