This was a very deceptive session. I finally found a safety squat bar in the area on craigs list, so we bought it. I know it's going to correct a lot of problems. My mid/upper back was so dead after squatting that deadlifts felt slow. I couldn't budge 325 off of the ground (it should have been a pr, but oh well). Keep moving forward.
